For local businesses · Built one at a time

I give local business owners their time back.

You're already great at the work. What you don't have is a system — a site that ranks, follow-ups that fire on their own, leads that don't fall through the cracks. I build that system once, for a flat price, and hand you the keys. Not an agency. Not a retainer. A real operator who treats your business like one.

Retainers, ever

The week of a local business owner — without a system.

A normal week for a roofer, sign shop, ceramic coater, plumber, landscaper. Not the work — the work around the work. Add it up, and it's a full second job you didn't sign up for.

6.5 hr
Manual lead follow-up. Form fills, missed calls, "let me text you when I'm home" — you chase every one by hand, two days late on average.
Auto follow-up in minutes
4.0 hr
Re-typing customer info from texts into a spreadsheet, into an invoice, into Google Calendar, into a job folder.
One source of truth
3.0 hr
Asking happy customers for reviews — remembering to, drafting the text, sending the link, forgetting half of them.
Auto-sent after each job
2.5 hr
Quoting & estimating from scratch in a notes app, then emailing a screenshot, hoping they reply.
Templated estimate flow
2.0 hr
Updating the website — or trying to. New phone number, new service, new photo. Wait for an agency. Pay an invoice. Wait again.
$50 / 24 hours
2.0 hr
Switching between Gmail, iMessage, Facebook DMs, voicemail, Yelp, the form on your site, the form on Google. Every channel a separate inbox.
One inbox, all channels
20+ hr
A second full-time job — every week — that has nothing to do with the work you're actually good at.
That's what the system gives back

A website is half the answer. The other half is what catches the lead.

Most web designers ship you a site and disappear. The site is the storefront — and storefronts don't follow up, don't text back, don't book the job. I build the storefront and the engine that runs behind it, so the moment a stranger lands on your page, the system takes over.

01 / 03
A site that's actually built to rank
From scratch. No WordPress, no plugins, no templates. Loads in under 1.5 seconds, structured for Google AI and ChatGPT, written for your specific service area — not boilerplate filler.
02 / 03
A CRM that catches every lead
Every form, call, text, and DM lands in one inbox. Auto-replies fire within minutes — before they close the tab. Booking, estimates, job tracking, review requests, all in the same place.
03 / 03
An operator on call, not a ticket queue
Need a change? Text me. $50, 24 hours, done. Two revisions included. No agency project manager, no quarterly review, no waiting for a "team capacity slot" to open.

Three ways to solve this. Only one gives you time back.

The DIY trap, the agency trap, and what I actually do. Same problem, very different bills — and very different weeks.

This isn't an opinion. It's how Google ranks, how customers decide, and how 2026 search actually works.

A real site, built for a real local business.

Scroll inside the phone. Every site I build looks polished, loads fast, ranks for the searches that matter, and feeds leads straight into the system. No two are identical — yours will be written around your services and wherever you work.

Ranks for your exact searches
Every page is built around what people actually type into Google for what you do — not generic "best in town" filler. Structured for Google AI and ChatGPT citations.
Loads in under 1.5 seconds
No bloat, no plugin tax. Every second of load time costs 7% in conversions — and Google quietly downranks the slow ones. Speed isn't a nice-to-have.
Wired into the CRM from day one
Every form, click-to-call, and quote request flows directly into your inbox and triggers the automated follow-up. The site isn't a brochure — it's the front door of the system.

The honest answers.

If you're considering this, here's what you're probably wondering. If something isn't here, text me — I'd rather you ask than guess.

Why is the build only $1,000 when agencies charge $5–15k?
Because I'm one person, I work fast, and I don't have a sales team, project managers, or a downtown office to pay for. The site itself takes me a focused week. The pricing reflects what the work actually costs to do well — not what the market lets agencies get away with charging.
What if I already have a website I like?
If it's genuinely working — ranking, loading fast, sending leads into a system — keep it. We'll just wire the CRM and automations behind it. Most existing sites aren't doing those things, in which case the new build pays for itself by month three.
What does the $97/month actually pay for?
Everything that makes the system run: your dedicated business phone number, the unified inbox, the automation infrastructure, the booking and estimate tools, the review system, and the hosting for your site. One bill replaces five. Most clients save money on day one vs. what they were already paying across separate tools.
Am I locked in? What happens if I want out?
You're never locked in. You own the website, the domain, the customer data, and the phone number. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you decide to leave, I'll help you migrate. I'd rather lose a customer than trap one.
What types of businesses is this for?
Local service businesses with a real trade or expertise behind them — roofers, sign shops, ceramic coaters, landscapers, electricians, mechanics, plumbers, contractors. If word of mouth has gotten you this far and you've never had a real digital system, this is built for you.
Who's actually doing the work?
Me. Devin Browning. No subcontractors, no offshore team, no hand-offs. Same person who answers the kickoff call writes your copy, builds the site, sets up the CRM, and texts you back when you need a change.
